If you are having a VPN white screen and it will not allow you to connect to the VPN at all. Please follow these steps to get the VPN back up and running without needing to call MIS to restart it.
1. Open Task Manager and click the search bar and type "GlobalProtect" (No Space)
2. Right Click on "GlobalProtect client"
3. Click "End Task" and it will automatically come back up
After these steps the VPN will come back up and let you connect! If you have any issues after trying these steps, please reach out to the Help Desk.
