Are you using a headset with the RingCentral app and experiencing unintended side effects? Maybe you're in a meeting, and a RingCentral incoming call is causing you to leave the meeting? Disabling the "Headset Controls" setting in the RingCentral app will prevent these issues from happening. Follow the steps below to disable this setting.
1. Click the Settings button at the bottom left corner of the RingCentral App
2. Click on the audio tab under Settings
3. Scroll down to the Headset section and disable the headset controls
