Step 1: Signing in to Zendesk
If this is your first time submitting a request through our Help Desk system, you will need to log in. To begin, you need to register. You can do so by pressing the sign in button on the home page, then pressing Register
Provide your name and e-mail on the following page, and you will receive an e-mail with log in instructions.
At that point you will be able to view our Help Desk articles and submit an online request.
Step 2: Submitting the Request Online
In order to submit a request, you will need to open the request form page. Click Here to Open the Request Form
Once on the request form page, please submit the type of request you need to submit. If you are not sure which type of form to use, select the generic MIS - Support Ticket template.
In order to serve you best, please make sure you fill in the ticket with as many details of your issue or request as possible.
