When updating your email signature, you will need to modify two custom fields in Exclaimer: User Defined 1 and User Defined 2.
User Defined 1 contains your name line, which includes your first name, last name, and credentials (e.g., John Smith, RN, BSN). User Defined 2 contains your job title (e.g., Application Support Analyst).
NOTE: If you need to update other information, like your phone or fax, please reach out to the IT Help Desk for assistance.
