There are some instances in which you are working in the Client Portal, and you'll be unable to find the data you are looking for. A potential scenario that this guide seeks to troubleshoot is the "Companies" feature. Depending on how your access is set up, this below tab will appear inside of the Client Portal, and the data you'll see varies depending on which company's tab you have open.
To use this feature, you can left-click on the button and then the subsequent screen will have options listed based on what's available to your account.
To successfully switch between the accounts, select the radio button and press "Select." If you typically use one more than the other, the checkbox for "Set as Default" is available as well.
Once you press "Select", you will see the name change at the top of your session, indicating the account of the company has successfully switched over!
