Option 1:
The Ring Central app isn't open and that's why calls are going straight to refused.
Press on the RingCentral tab in the task bar to make sure the app is open.
If still getting an error, try Option 2.
Option 2:
The station id is entered incorrectly or is in the wrong spot.
Start by logging out of Max.
Then head back to the login screen and put in the station id, make sure it is correct and that the selection "Set Station ID" is selected instead of the phone number option. Using just the phone number can cause a couple issues and unexpected behavior.
After you connect back in, you should be good to take calls again!
