After given a case# to lookup on a call, it normally takes us the the case list but we can only see the patient's name and DOB. But to verify the address and phone# we have to click on the member's name to open member's file to see the address and phone#. Is there a way to add the address and phone# to the result page of the case search. That way we can verify everything on one page and then go to the case?

  There is a benefit to having the page open to review the address information. If there are changes that need to be made, the patient page would need to be open to make those changes. I recommend using the middle click to open the patient profile in a new tab. This also allows you to see any patient alerts if they exist and a view into the eligibility information.
