Keep Original Window Open in Care Management
I was wondering if there is a way to keep the original Care Management window open and open a New window when you click on a case from the Case Management system main window (the one showing Inbox and Follow Ups)? Not sure if this is a feature anyone else would care about, but it would be useful to be able to glance at comments, etc on the original screen, say if a call comes in and you're in the middle of something in an open case and need to glance at what you're waiting for in the notes section of a different case. Currently, you're just redirected in the same window to whichever case you click on. Thank you!
