Routing Favorites?

Hi, is there a way to make a "favorites" or "freq routed to" list for users who route cases routinely back and forth? If not, is it possible to include that or make it available as an option? Thanks!

  Hello Cheryl,

  It would be difficult to implement. We've received the request in the past and looked into it. The alternative solution was to make the route to list searchable. At this time, you can type in the first name of the person you want to route to and it will pull up every one with that name to make your selection quick and easy. Let me know if that works for you.
