How to Grant Access to Your Voicemail on RingCentral

Sharing access to your voicemail can be done in two simple ways: by setting up a PIN or by sharing your voicemail directly with someone. Here’s how:

Option 1: Set Up a PIN

1. Open the RingCentral app and navigate to Settings.
2. Look for the Voicemail section and click on it.

1. Select Voicemail PIN.
2. Set up a PIN between 6 and 10 digits.

Once your PIN is ready, share it with the user. They can access your voicemail by:

1.Call your RingCentral number.

2. Pressing the star (*) button.

3. Entering your PIN, followed by the pound (#) sign.

Option 2: Share Your Voicemail

1.Open the RingCentral app and go to Settings.

2.Click on the Voicemail section.

3. Select Shared Voicemail.

4. Click on Add Recipients and search for the person you want to share access with.

5. Once you've shared access, you can remove it at any time by clicking the "x" next to their name.
