- If your VPN is stuck at connecting:
- Click on the three lines in the corner
- Then click “refresh connection”
Or
- In search bar on task bar type Services and select the app at the top
- You’re looking for a service called “PanGPS”. Click on a service and type “PanGPS”, it should appear.
- You should see a “restart the service option”, please click that.
- Once this is done go back to your VPN and try to connect again.
